I am from Limerick and living in Cork. Having stayed in your hotel this weekend I will only ever recommend your hotel to friends and family. It excelled all expectations. Valentino (in the breakfast/afternoon tea area) was exceptional. In fact all staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hamptons restaurant staff and food were excellent. The breakfast was outstanding. Our room was comfortable, clean and the water provided was a nice touch. I love the molten brown products. There was nothing I could ask you to improve.
